The location was perfect for quick access to the city, with stunning views of the Alhambra from my room. I found the walls quite thin, making for a less peaceful experience.

The location is perfect. It has the tram near, there is own parking although I went to another, has more parking nearby, surrounded by banks and all kinds of services (restaurants, shops of all kinds, parks, gardens ...), etc.
The walls of my room were stained, some cafe would play dumb and dirty with leftovers that have been left on the wall and look dirty. The large swinging window once you open it doesn't quite fit and there's slack that lets the cold run away and hear the rain that's fallen quite a bit. The light box is badly organized, since you have to remove the room card in the entrance slot, and if you're falling asleep in bed, you don't have another device closer to turn off all the lights; ideally there should be one near the bedside table in addition to the entrance. There are two switches to turn the hall off/on; there is no point in having a switch on the face of your bedroom that makes you think it turns off the lights in your bedroom and see that it is for the hall, when there is already a button on the entrance. And finally, they give very few details (no aftershave, no cologne, no perfumed toilet paper...), etc. THE WORST THING IN THAT MY BATH WAS DROPPING AND EVERY TIME I had a roll in the toilet paper holder, I was soaking wet. And when I flushed the toilet I made a brutal, but BRUTAL noise!

good location, good access with means of transport, hotel parking and outdoor parking. hotel car park is cheaper than the outdoor car parks. staff who attended to us was very kind (we lost our wallet with the documentation and recovered it instantly, thank you) and atmosphere of the hotel was quite silent.
bed was not entirely comfortable. mattress was traditional sprung and we had a hard time getting used to it, pillows were also uncomfortable and we didn't have any extra pillows in the room. chair and armchair had quite old upholstery, scraped from use and somewhat dirty. There were hardly any plugs. wifi system left a lot to be desired, we tried to connect a couple of times and gave up. We think that for a four star hotel, furniture is a bit old and has an image of being quite used.

Comfortable common areas and refreshing welcome amenities.
The room was unbearably hot, and despite adjusting the thermostat, it provided no relief. On top of that, the bathroom emitted a disgusting smell that forced me to keep the door closed. I reported it, only to be offered a room change for my short stay, not acceptable. I was also disturbed by a loud party next door, which further ruined any chance of relaxation.

location is very good, in a wide street well connected to the center (15 min walk), with several restaurants for breakfast and lunch nearby and a very nice park (Triunfo). bus was on the same street, so it was very easy to get to the bus station. rooms were big and clean, friendly staff. With a very comfortable mattress. bathroom was very clean, bathtub was big, ideal to relax after visiting Granada. It had a little fridge to leave the water. We were given two bottles of water as a welcome gift.
- The main problem with the hotel is the lack of soundproofing. You could hear everything from the room, the room next door and all the doors slamming in the corridor at dawn, and people talking. I imagine that because it is an old building and we had very noisy neighbors. - The wifi didn't reach us because we were the last room in the corridor, but in other areas of the hotel it reached us well. - As a personal taste, I would change the pillows because they were too flat and low. Almost like not having them at all.

The location was central. Our rooms werenice and neat. We felt well-rested each night. Pro tip, the views of the city from some rooms were fine!
We did encounter a few minor maintenance issues in our rooms, a bit annoying but didn't ruin our overall experience.

Very elegant marble bath. Friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out were quite fast; very good.
There was a lot of sunlight coming in in the morning, problem was that the curtain didn't cover everything (the light was coming in from the sides). As there was no blind, we couldn't do anything or sleep anymore. On the other hand, pillow was so thin that my partner ended up with neck pain. At the reception they told us that we could ask for another one, it would have been nice if they had put an extra pillow or something to save us the call. It was just two small individual pillows; it's not comfortable. it wouldn't have been bad either if there was a door to close the bedroom, to improve rest and privacy. I don't want to sound fussy but in other hotels that have been in this category, there was a door.

This hotel was a suitable option for a fleeting trip in Granada, offering a great value-to-price ratio. The room sizes are quite spacious, making it comfortable to move around.

The views are impressive, the room had a terrace.. Unbeatable location, next to the most beautiful areas of the old town and also the party and leisure areas. . The room was perfectly acclimatized, even with the cold that was those days, in the room was really comfortable even just out of the shower . The reception of the hotel was very pleasant. We could not value the breakfast service or cleaning service because we slept late every day, but the room was perfect and spotless when we arrived.
beds, especially the pillows, were not very comfortable. We didn't sleep badly either, probably a matter of taste, beds were a bit hard and pillows too thin. Bathroom not very equipped with hygiene products (although it must be said, that they indicate that if you need some, like toothpaste, you should ask for it and they provide it to you without any cost). TV, although it has DTT with the basic channels, it does not have Netflix or any other type of app or platform for streaming or video renting (neither do they offer it nor is it something they promise and do not give, I was surprised as any other surely does not expect or care).

Conveniently located within a ten-minute walk from key attractions, the spacious room featured a powerful shower and large, fluffy towels. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were helpful in explaining nearby parking options. The breakfast was not included, and parking incurred a fee of about 25€.

I just liked the location, close to the train station. That was our plan to stay close to the train station to get on the train that going from Granada to Ronda.
That is not 4 stars hotel, I would give only 2 stars.

The location was really good, near the centre and the railway station, some of the staff were helpful. There was (expensive) Wi-Fi avaiable throught the hotel. The hotel only has higher floors, (13 and above or something) I guess that guarantees you a good view.
Wi fi is ridiculously expensive and isn't free even in the common areas. The double bedroom we booked was in fact two beds joined and would split apart very very easily. The windows couldn't quite be opened due to the curtains that would weigh them shut again
